A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

I have been providing counselling services and mind health therapy to adults and teenagers since 2007.  I am passionate about what I do.  My greatest reward is in helping people find the tools they need to overcome their hurdles, enabling them to move forward on a positive path.

I offer face to face consultations in a comfortable and non-judgemental environment, at the Natural Fitness & Therapy Centre in Eastbourne, and the Well Being Centre in Stone Cross. I also work with teenagers at Willingdon Community School and St Catherine's College in Eastbourne, as well as consulting clients in other locations, directly and via Skype.

I have been privileged to offer counselling services through CLIC Sargent, to cancer sufferers and their families.

I am a Senior Member of ACCPH (Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists). I have up to date public liability insurance and DBS documentation.
