A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

I have been providing counselling services to adults and students since 2007 and am passionate about what I do. One of my greatest rewards is helping people find the tools they need to overcome their respective hurdles, enabling them to move forward on a positive path.

Face-to-face consultations are offered in comfortable and non-judgemental environments at the following venues: Eastbourne Clinic of Natural Medicine, 69 Meads Road, Eastbourne, Natural Fitness & Therapies, Royal Parade, Eastbourne and Longleaf Health & Wellbeing, Meads Street, Eastbourne. I am able to offer remote consultations, either via phone or video (Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp).

I carry out student counselling at St Catherine's College, Eastbourne, and previously spent 12 years (2011-2023) as the School Counsellor at Willingdon Community School.

Through CLIC Sargent I have been privileged to provide counselling services to cancer sufferers and their families.

I am a Volunteer at the Community Wellbeing Café at St Saviour’s Eastbourne, which is open every Tuesday from 2pm-4pm and is a safe, inclusive space for people with mental health and wellbeing struggles, as well as those suffering from loneliness or challenging living circumstances.

I have been a member of ACCPH (Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists) since 2019. In 2021 I was made a Fellow, being a Senior Member who has been granted an extra award based on special contribution to their field or an extended length of continual practice.

I hold Public Liability Insurance and DBS Certification.
