I offer Counselling, Support, Coaching and Business Mentoring. 

I was educated at schools in Sussex and Oxfordshire, and went on to study at colleges in Henley and Oxford.                                     

Following many years of working in London, I embarked on my first Counselling course in September 2004 and knew immediately that Counselling was what I wanted to do.  After completing my initial training at Orpington College in Kent I moved to Eastbourne and continued my Counselling studies at Sussex Downs College, until August 2006.  In December 2009 I became a qualified Samaritan.

I work as a Counsellor at the Natural Fitness Centre, Eastbourne; The Well Being Centre, Stone Cross and at Willingdon Community School.  I also work with clients in London.

August 2013 to date – Business Mentor to CEO of a French Fine Wine Company 

August 2016 to date - Counsellor at The Well Being Centre, Stone Cross
